Let's start with the equipment codes that apply:

First, all the aircraft have standard equipment (S), which are: VHF radio, VOR and ILS.

Second, all the aircraft have IFR approved GNSS/GPS (G). If you specify (G), you must include a "NAV/D1E2A1" statement in field 18.

Your GPS units are approved for RNAV 1 and RNAV 2 (R) operations per AC 90-100A and RNAV 5 (B-RNAV) operations per AC 90-96A (Chg. 1). Domestically, you do not need to claim those capabilities to access any of the NAS. However, if you want to use RNAV 1, RNAV 2 or RNAV 5 internationally, you need to add (R) to your equiment codes and "PBN/B2C2D2O2S1" to field 18.
If you have LPV (WAAS) capability, you add in (B).

For the transponders, the GTX 327 is Mode-C (C). The GTX 330 and GT33 are Mode-S with aircraft ID and enhanced surveillance (H) with software level 4.01. Below that, they are Mode-S with aircraft ID (S).

Therefore:
